If the applicant disagrees with the results of the reconsideration request or the ineligible determination, the applicant can request an informal appeal. An applicant requesting a FloridaCommerce informal appeal must file a written request for informal appeal within thirty (30) days of the reconsideration determination letter or not eligible determination letter.
